Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking an Associate to join us in our Orange County, CA office.
Our sourcing professionals assist clients in strategy definition and execution in the areas of shared services, outsourcing and off-shoring. Our team works in the areas of process definition, regulatory compliance, governance, technology selection, vendor selection, accounting and finance, and risk and controls.
Responsibilities:
» Advise KPMG clients through the global shared services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) planning, deployment and management lifecycle
» Establish and standardize internal advisory tools and delivery frameworks
» Advise clients on alternative shared services delivery models including captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs and hybrid sourcing relationships
Qualifications:
» One to Three years of experience in BPO, information systems risk management, and/or information systems risk management with an audit, tax and/or advisory firm
» Three years of experience with an advisory firm or service provider providing sourcing (outsourcing and shared services) with emphasis in global BPO
» Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
» Knowledge of the Finance and Accounting, Procurement, Human Resources (HR) and Information Technology (IT) outsourcing industry and suppliers
» Demonstrated knowledge base in business operations, systems evaluation, and enterprise architecture
» Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
» Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
» Able to travel up to 50 percent of the time
