Candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of billings for Government DOD and Commercial contracts in accordance with internal policies and Government regulations. Applicant must be familiar with current FAR, DFAR and GAAP regulations. Candidate should be experienced with preparation of Cost Type, FFP and Time and Material invoices as well as closeouts of completed contracts and Interim Fixed Price Incentive Redeterminations. Individual selected will be required to review Contract documentation to determine billing and reporting requirements. He or she will routinely interact with the Contracts department, Business Management and DCMA regarding contracts and billings, and perform reconciliations pertaining to billings and contracts to resolve issues. Applicant must be detailed oriented and must have strong computer skills, analytical strengths and excellent communication skills. Candidate must have Proficiency in MS Office Suite Excel and Powerpoint (Intermediate/Advanced level). SAP SD / iCMS (Sales and Distribution) experience preferred. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent and 5 years related DOD billing and contract closeout experience.
